Shipping & Returns

Your items will usually be shipped within 3 working days of us receiving the order, and you will receive a tracking number at that time. Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some shipping methods do not allow delivery to PO boxes. If a product cannot ship internationally, that limit is shown on the product page and at checkout.

If we made a mistake or you receive a defective item, please contact us — we want to make it right!

You can use the Contact Us page or email support@bynightstudios.com. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and send you the correct item asap.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and why. We will respond quickly with instructions — no robots here, you will always get a reply from a real human!

We accept all returns within 30 days of receipt of product.
