1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. If you use optional profile features, we may store preferences you choose (such as favorite clans or sects) and a display moniker or avatar.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders, deliver digital products, communicate about your purchases, improve our store, and send studio news and offers unless you uncheck that option at signup or checkout, or unsubscribe later. Marketing emails include a one-click Unsubscribe link. You can also turn studio news off in your profile. Order, shipping, and download messages are not marketing.

3. Payment Processing

We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments. Your payment details are handled securely by these providers and are never stored on our servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary for order fulfillment (payment processors, shipping carriers, print-on-demand partners) and analytics providers configured for the shop.

5. Your Rights

You may access and update your account details (including name and email) from your profile settings. You may close your account there as well: we anonymize personal profile data and end login access. Order records may be retained in anonymized form where required for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention.
